Paralysis [research]

Saturday 21 Nov-2015, 18pm. performer and filmmaker Karel van Laere started with his preliminary survey research for his short film Largo. Largo combines images of a body that is being towed through various landscapes with soundtracks of interviews with persons who are completely paralyzed.
In order to experience what it is to be completely paralyzed, Karel was fastened onto a table, lying motionless for 24 hours. The final 2 hours of this project (sunday 22, 16:00-18:00 pm.) were open for a selected audience.
